Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packaged within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS from Brooklyn, NY. Delivery times may vary depening on season, weather, local post office delays, etc.
A tracking number will be sent to your provided email address once shipped (*be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive it!).
For any questions you may have regarding shipping, contact us via the Contact Page or DM us on Instagram for the quickest response.
How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders via USPS First Class Mail + Priority Mail.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately, at this time, seek + select does not ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so make sure you're following along on Instagram (@seekandselect) and you'll be the first to know.
Orders
Can I cancel / edit my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please read all product details carefully before purchasing.
If you need to edit your order (new shipping address, request to hold, etc.), please email us as soon as possible at seek.select@gmail.com.
How can I use my coupon code?
Once you have all desired items in your cart, click the 'CHECKOUT' button.Β
On the checkout page, there will be a 'PROMO CODE' field. Enter your promo code in this box and hit 'APPLY'.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
What if I received a flawed item?
Natural wear is normal for secondhand items.Β All major flaws will be pointed out, but please keep in mind that there may be minor imperfections on the garment.
We do our best to inspect each item closely + point out any flaws in the product description.
However, if we missed a significant flaw (we're human!), please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience.
